Calculators that
show their working
Numerology, the Lo Shu grid, Kua directions, both zodiac systems and abjad — each one printing the arithmetic it used, so you can check it against your own system rather than take a number on trust. Everything runs in your browser.

- Every step is printedThe digits, each reduction, the degree the Sun was actually at — not only the answer.

Every reading on the horoscope pages is worked out from this one number and your sign — not written in advance, and not the same for everybody.

Everything at once
One form, one sheet
A name and a date of birth, entered once. Every calculation on this site laid out together, in the order the work usually goes — and it prints, so it can be handed to somebody.

- 02The Lo Shu grid — mulank, bhagyank, repeated and missing numbers, the arrows
- 03Your Kua number and its four directions, with the February boundary applied
- 04Your favourable numbers and colours, and the planet each follows from
- 05Where your personal year, month and day cycles stand right now

Numerology
Life path from a date of birth, and the name number in both the Pythagorean and Chaldean systems, with the reduction shown at each step.

The grid drawn from a date of birth — mulank, bhagyank, which numbers repeat, which are missing, and the arrows. Both the Indian and Chinese placement methods, because they give different grids.

A reading · not free
With Lubna Faraz
The calculators tell you which numbers are missing from your grid and which four directions are yours. What those mean for you, and what to do about them, is a practitioner's judgement — and that is the one thing on this site that is paid for. Nothing is held back behind it: the calculators are free and stay free.
- 01A one to one reading on Google Meet, in Urdu or English
- 02A written remedies report for the numbers missing from your grid
- 03Vastu directions for a home or a workplace, from your Kua number
Where these systems disagree

How the Lo Shu grid is actually built
The square is a magic square — every row, column and diagonal sums to fifteen — and once you see that, the grid stops being arbitrary.

Born in January? Your Kua number is probably wrong
The Chinese solar year starts around 4 February, not 1 January. Most Kua calculators skip that step, and everyone born in January gets a wrong number.

Your Vedic star sign is probably not the one you know
Western and Vedic astrology disagree about your sign by roughly a whole sign, and it is not a difference of opinion — it is where each one measures from.
Read →Why these show their working
Most calculators of this kind give you a number and nothing else. That is no use to anyone who actually practises, because the interesting question is never the total — it is which value each letter was given, which system was used, and where that differs from your own.
So every page here prints the arithmetic: each letter and its value, each reduction step, the position the Sun was actually at. If your system differs, you can see precisely where.
And where they stop
The Kua page names your four auspicious directions, because those fall out of the Lo Shu square. It does not tell you which of them is Sheng Chi and which is Tien Yi, because that comes from a table rather than from the square — and somebody acting on a wrong one moves furniture. A gap that is marked is worth more than a guess that is not.
Nothing you type is uploaded
A name, a date of birth, a place — these are personal, and there is no reason for them to reach a server. There is no server here. Every calculation happens in your browser, and the site's security policy blocks outbound connections entirely, so it could not send anything even if something tried.
What this site is, plainly. These are calculators. They do arithmetic and show it. What a result means is a practitioner's reading, which is a different kind of work and not something a web page can do for you. Nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice, and no result should be used in place of any of those.
